In my 6-week course (1x per week, 90 minutes), you'll learn to consciously perceive, strengthen, and relax your core, and to trust it. In my 6-week course (1x per week, 90 minutes), you will learn to consciously perceive, strengthen, and relax your core, and to trust it With a combination of easy-to-understand theory and practical exercises, you'll learn: 🤍 How your pelvis and pelvic floor are structured – and why they play such a central role 🤍 What functions the pelvic floor performs – from stability to pleasure 🤍 The differences between men and women – and what that means for you 🤍 Everything about the bladder – its function, the most common forms of incontinence, and what you can do about them 🤍 What causes pelvic organ prolapse – and how you can prevent it 🤍 The interplay between breathing and the pelvic floor – for more ease and inner peace 🤍 Posture in everyday life – so you can integrate your newfound strength into your life Each session provides clarity through theory and confidence in your actions through practical exercises that you can implement directly in your daily routine. This course is for you if you want more security, quality of life, and trust in your body. Together, we'll create the foundation for a strong, healthy pelvic floor – and thus for more energy, joy, and ease in your life. 6 sessions of 90 minutes each -> No break on March 24, 2026 and March 31, 2026! Maximum 8 participants

🗓️Booking courses: Courses can be arranged by phone, email, or conveniently via the online booking system. The course fee must be paid in advance online or via an invoice. ⛔Cancellation policy: Courses can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the course. For short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance) or no-shows, unfortunately, no refunds are possible. If individual course sessions are missed, participants can of course continue to participate, but no refunds for the missed session can be made. 📋Course conditions: The courses have pre-determined dates. This ensures that all participants start at the same time so everyone is on the same page. Both partners (e.g., in the antenatal class) and their babies (e.g., in the postnatal class) are welcome. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and the course will only take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
