Pregnancy-related problems (prenatal): - Back pain & pelvic pain - Symphysis loosening / symphysis insufficiency: pain in the pubic bone area, unsteady gait - Sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SI joint problems) - Breathing difficulties, rib and chest pain - Swelling, carpal tunnel syndrome: tingling, numbness, hand pain - General posture problems: increased lordosis, hunchback,... Problems related to childbirth: - Birth injuries - Pelvic floor overload: pain, pressure Problems after birth (postnatal): - Pelvic floor weakness or tension - Incontinence - Prolapse problems (bladder, uterus, rectum) - Diastasis recti (separation of the rectus abdominis) - Instability, abdominal protrusion, back pain, posture problems - Scar problems: after a cesarean section or perineal tear -> Every scar needs physiotherapy treatment, even symptom-free scars! - Chronic fatigue/general exhaustion: Exercise therapy as a resource-conserving and energy-building tool - Back to sports Moms are superheroes - together with Physio Mamina, you'll be able to get the most out of yourself and be fit for this new phase of your life.

🗓️ Book an appointment: Appointments can be made by phone, email, or conveniently via the online booking system. ⛔Cancellation policy: If you are unable to keep your booked appointment, you can cancel in writing free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. For short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance) or no-shows, I will unfortunately have to charge for the appointment. ⏳Duration of treatment: You can choose between 30- and 45-minute therapy sessions. Please note that the last 5 minutes of each session are reserved for legally required documentation. This ensures a seamless therapy process and high-quality treatment. By scheduling an appointment, you accept the stated booking and cancellation conditions.
